Arlen Shaverdi
CEO and Chief Architect
Arlen Shaverdi is the Founder, CEO and Chief Architect of Archicon. He founded the company in 2015 and holds a degree in Architecture from the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.
With experience across more than 40 residential and commercial projects in Yerevan and across Armenia, Arlen leads architectural design, concept development, planning, project coordination, and construction execution. His work focuses on practical design solutions, technical coordination, and high-quality project delivery.
Armen Shaverdi
COO
Armen Shaverdi is the COO of Archicon and oversees operational coordination, client delivery, sales, business development, and material selection across the company’s residential and commercial projects.
He joined Archicon in 2023 and brings 16 years of business and operational experience. Armen coordinates project workflows, supports communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and helps ensure that ongoing projects move from planning to execution with clear structure and follow-up. His role includes operational oversight of more than 15 active projects across Archicon’s architecture, construction, interior design, and renovation work.
Iman Gorjizadeh
Senior Architect
Iman Gorjizadeh is a Senior Architect at Archicon. He joined the company in 2019 and holds a BSc in Architecture from the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.
He has contributed to more than 30 residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Armenia, with experience in architectural drawings, construction documentation, permit packages, and technical coordination. His work supports the transition from design concept to buildable project documentation, helping ensure that architectural plans meet project requirements and construction standards.
Shaghik Melikian
Architect and Interior Designer
Shaghik Melikian is an Architect and Interior Designer at Archicon. She joined the company in 2022 and holds a BSc in Architecture from Shariaty Technical and Vocational University.
She has contributed to 20+ architecture projects and 20+ interior design projects, with experience in spatial planning, 3D modeling, interior concepts, and presentation development for residential and commercial clients. Her work supports both architectural design and interior design phases, helping translate project ideas into clear visual concepts and practical design solutions.
Anashe Grigorian
Architect
Anashe Grigorian is an Architect at Archicon. She joined the company in 2023 and holds a BSc in Architecture from Payame Noor University.
She works on design development, architectural drawings, and technical documentation for residential and commercial projects. Her role supports coordination between architecture, engineering, and client requirements, helping turn design concepts into structured project documentation.
Gevorg Arstamyan
Chief Site and Civil Engineer
Gevorg Arstamyan is the Chief Site and Civil Engineer at Archicon. He joined the company in 2021 and oversees on-site coordination, civil engineering drawings, and construction execution across residential and commercial projects.
He acts as a link between the design team and on-site construction work, helping ensure that technical plans are properly implemented during the building process.
Gevorg holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Artsakh State University, where he studied from 2008 to 2016.
