Archicon is a licensed architecture and construction company based in Yerevan, Armenia. Active since 2015, we have delivered residential and commercial projects across Armenia, combining architectural design, construction, interior design, renovation, and project delivery under one team.

Archicon holds professional licensing from the Chamber of Architects of Armenia and the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

Arlen Shaverdi

CEO and Chief Architect

Arlen Shaverdi founded Archicon in 2015 and serves as CEO and Chief Architect. He holds a degree in Architecture from the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. Arlen has led the design and the execution of over 40+ residential and commercial projects in Yerevan since the company's founding. His work spans concept development, planning, and construction coordination.

Armen Shaverdi

COO

Armen Shaverdi joined Archicon in 2023 as COO and oversees the operational coordination of more than 15 active projects. He brings 16 years of business and operational experience, with responsibility for sales, business development, material selection, and client delivery across Archicon's residential and commercial work.

Iman Gorjizadeh

Senior Architect

Iman Gorjizadeh joined Archicon in 2019 and holds a BSc in Architecture from NUACA. As Senior Architect, he has contributed to over 30 projects across residential, commercial, and industrial developments in Armenia covering architectural drawings, construction documentation, permit packages, and technical coordination.

Shaghik Melikian

Architect and Interior Designer

Shaghik Melikian joined Archicon in 2022 and holds a BSc in Architecture from Shariaty Technical and Vocational University. She has contributed to over 20 architecture projects and 20 interior design projects, with work spanning spatial planning, 3D modeling, interior concepts, and presentation development for residential and commercial clients.

Anashe Grigorian

Architect

Anashe Grigorian joined Archicon in 2023 and holds a BSc in Architecture from Payame Noor University. She contributes to design development, architectural drawings, and technical documentation across the company's project portfolio, with a focus on engineering coordination and client communication.

Gevorg Arstamyan

Chief Site and Civil Engineer

Gevorg Arstamyan joined Archicon in 2021 as Chief Site and Civil Engineer. He oversees on-site coordination, civil engineering drawings, and construction execution across residential and commercial projects, acting as the link between the design team and construction works on site to help ensure that technical plans are properly implemented during the building process. Gevorg holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Artsakh State University, where he studied from 2008 to 2016.
