2. Structural and Concrete Works
We execute foundation works, concrete frame, columns, and slabs in alignment with structural documentation and engineering requirements.
3. Walls, Roofing, and Facade
Once the structural frame is in place, we move into masonry, roofing, and facade works — closing the building envelope before interior works begin.
4. Engineering and Systems Coordination
We coordinate electrical, plumbing, water, and sewage installations in alignment with engineering drawings and project requirements.
5. Finishing Works
Interior finishing covers flooring, plastering, painting, joinery, kitchens, and all remaining fit-out works required to bring the space to handover condition.
6. Handover and Final Review
